BMW X3, front-end collision
After an accident you have two jobs: get an estimate and get the claim moving. We do both at once. Bring the car in, or send photos first if it is drivable, and we will write the estimate, photograph the damage the way adjusters want it, and send everything to your insurer.
Hidden damage is normal in collisions. Once the bumper or fender comes off we often find bent brackets, a cracked absorber or a sensor that needs recalibration. We document it, file a supplement with the insurance company, and keep you informed so there are no surprises at pickup.
We use original manufacturer parts whenever the policy covers them, factory paint codes with blending into the neighboring panels, and our own technicians for every step. Rental cars and towing are arranged if you need them.
No. Insurers may suggest network shops, but in Pennsylvania the choice is yours. Give us the claim number and we handle the rest.
It depends on the damage and on parts availability. Small bumper jobs are often done in a few days; a front-end repair with several parts can take one to two weeks. We give you a realistic date at the estimate and update you if anything changes.
That happens often, because adjusters write from photos. We send a supplement with our own photos once the car is apart, and the insurer approves the additional work. You are not stuck with the difference for covered repairs.
Yes. If your policy includes rental coverage we set it up for you; if not, ask us about options when you drop the car off.
Text or upload a few pictures and we will tell you what the repair involves. If you are going through insurance, we take the claim from there.
